2:40 – 3:20 Keynote Address – Community Tools for Community Restoration Presenters: Joe and Stephanie Mancini, Co-Founders of the Kitchener-Waterloo Working Centre. Joe and Stephanie Mancici co-founded The Working Centre in 1982 as a community-based response to unemployment and poverty. Rather than following a social service model, The Working Centre has evolved a method of supports that they call Community Tools.
