This is a request to all NGOs, associations, community groups and green businesses that are involved in public outreach and support programs.  Please take ten minutes to fill in a quick online survey on the number of people in Ontario that you can reach through your activities.

The purpose of the survey is to demonstrate just how effective a conservation movement can be in a) raising awareness, b) securing an initial commitment, and c) providing deeper advice and support.

As I write this, I see there are over 70 groups that have already replied and our combined potential reach is over 40 million. You can add filters to the results to see how the number breaks down into various categories such as internet outreach, earned media, personal contact, and advisory programs.  As expected, our combined efforts can help raise the “buzz” around conservation issues and create a more receptive audience for the personal contact programs and home and business audits and conservation services.
