Call for delegates and reduced rate

Canada's greenhouse gas emissions profile is about to change. What does this mean for Canada's economy, provinces, industries, environmental not for profits, and, citizens?

Canada is beginning to step up its game in addressing GHG emissions as provinces announce action plans, taxes and trade. Progress is accelerating and action plans proliferating. Many of these initiatives will rely on technologies that are still in development or early in the implementation stage.
